MSR 1003-8 Certificate woes

Hi, struggling to add a certificate using offline mode. Keep getting an error that certificate is invalid when uploading the cer file. Could do with some help, this is not meant to be this difficult.

If you have a minute to point out what is wrong, please let me know.

Thank you to HPE for reaching out and helping sort this out. The entire cer chain should be uploaded offline using the local option.
