Open port on 3C857

Open port on 3C857

In order to use a no-ip account to access a DVR (security camera recordings), I need to open port 5550. I have scrupulously followed the manual instructions, I am still unable to see my port 5550 when I go to http://canyouseeme.org



I am being told this is a firewall problem.



Any suggestion will be appreciated.
