Set MAC adress when using static IP (3CRWER100-75)

My provider demands me to have static IP address and specific MAC address. When I've used D-Link DI-624 there was a feature of cloning MAC address no matter the mode: static IP or dynamic. Here in 3CRWER100-75, I can only clone MAC when the provider uses dynamic IP addresses, which doesn't do in my situation. How can I set MAC address for static IP mode in Internet Setings?
