The HP A5120-48G switch does not create the IPv4 route

Hello friends, I'm creating a vlan interfaces on the switch. Create vlan 28 with IP 172.100.28.1/24, from this it creates the IPv4 route automatically. Then I will create vlan 29 with IP 172.100.29.1/24 and it does not create the automatic route. I appreciate your help.

If you do "dis int vlan 29" does it show current state as UP?
