Hello,
Could you please help me configure VLAN on HP OfficeConnect 1920s enterprise POE switch?
Network has a tagged VLan say 10,15,20 and connected to Port 1.
How can I map VLan 10 on port 10, VLan 15 on port 15, VLan 20 on port 20 ?
I have tried a lot but didn't managed it to work.
Thanks in advance,
George

Hello
On following link you can find the configuration guide for your switch:
You should read chapter 5: Virtual LAN :)

Re: VLAN setup on HP OfficeConnect 1920s
HP-Browniee,
Thanks for reply. I read manual, and I'm writing here because I did as described there but failed to receive any packets at the router side. That is why I'm writing here for sample configuration.
Regards,
George

SolutionHello,
I hope this helps, one way of doing it.
- In the network, if you have VLAN's 10, 15 and 20
- Suppose, there are 3 clients which has to be part of each VLAN
- Client A (port number 10) untagged for VLAN 10
- Client B (port number 15) untagged for VLAN 15
- Client C (port number 20) untagged for VLAN 20
- If port 1 is uplink in the network
Click on port membership under VLAN tab
- From VLAN ID select VLAN 10, then select the port i.e., port 10
- Click EDIT option, Under Participation select Include option and make sure untagged is selected under Tagging option then APPLY
- Select port 1, click on EDIT
- Under participation select to Include and Under Tagging select Tagged
- From VLAN ID select VLAN 15, then select the port i.e., port 15
- Click EDIT option, Under Participation select Include option and make sure untagged is selected under Tagging option then APPLY
- Select port 1, click on EDIT
- Under participation select to Include and under Tagging select Tagged
- From VLAN ID select VLAN 20, then select the port i.e., port 20
- Click EDIT option, Under Participation select Include option and make sure untagged is selected under Tagging option then APPLY
- Select port 1, click on EDIT
- Under participation select to Include and under Tagging select Tagged
Click on Save Configuration
Thank you

Re: VLAN setup on HP OfficeConnect 1920s
Did you solve the problem? i have the same situation. On port 24 (Uplink) i configure vlan1 as untagged, vlan25 and vlan20 as tagged. the other switch is an HPE 5500, i configure untagged vlan1 and tagged vlan25 and vlan20, i can ping vlan 1 the other vlans not passed on uplink port.
