Core temperature above threshold, cpu clock throttled" - Messages in Cent OS 6.2 for Gen8 Server

It seems the CPU cores of the server are getting overheated very easily when they are being utilized heavily by the compilation process. During the compilation we are seeing a ton of the "Core temperature above threshold, cpu clock throttled" and "Processor <> heated above trip temperature. Throttling enabled." errors from the CentOS 6.2 OS that is installed on the server (see attached logs). We have also used "hpasmcli -s ‘show temp’" command to continuously watch the temperature readings during compilation process and while the highest reading we saw was 65C it is actually not far from the 70C threshold and hpasmcli only shows the number for the whole physical CPU and not individual cores.

The hpasmcli output shows no sign off errors related to temp sensors / cooling system.

All fans are working fine. No errors in IML log, no issues reported in HP Insight Diags as well. Only the OS /var/log/messages giving the above error message. It's specific to Gen 8.
