Backup the MSM720 configs and restore them on the MSM760

I recently ran out of licenses for my MSM720, so i purchased a MSM760, is it possible to backup the MSM720 configs and restore them on the MSM760?

What about transferring the licenses from the MSM760 to the MSM720?

As far as I know the license is specific to the controller so you need to get a new one for the new controller unless support team transfers your license: https://www.hpe.com/us/en/support.html
