Cannot create "Guest Access User Group" in IMC

Hi specialists,

We are using HP MSM760 Wireless LAN controllers.

I'd like to generate "guest users" in HP IMC 5.2.

Unfortunately I am not able to make a "Guest Access User Group".

When selecting a WLAN controller, IMC says: "Current software version on device is not supported."

The software version on the WLAN controllers is: 6.2.0.0

How can I make this work?

IMC Platform can be used to define guests on comware devices, but not on MSM.

To manage guests via IMC for the MSM controller, you need the RADIUS server function of IMC, which is the UAM module (additional IMC module). That will allow you to define guest users in the UAM RADIUS user database.

The MSM controller Guest VSC can be configured to perform external RADIUS server auth ,
