Controller MSM760 not synchronizing all detected AP
Hello,
I have a controller MSM760 with 80 licensed AP.
I have connected 47AP, and everythign was working normally since 2 years.
Suddenly the status of many APs turnes to Pending, or Synchronizing and they never get Online again, or they get online without Wireless Service (foto attached)
and the controller start discovering and adding all the APs again
Tried restarting the device with no success.
I found the below error in the log (full log attached)
Failure in sending the command ExecuteApplyRadioConfiguration
Any light what could be the problem? or where should i look?
N.B. the 47 AP are across the building connected to diffrent POE switches,

Re: Controller MSM760 not synchronizing all detected AP
Hi TiRedes,
Please check the controller --> Maintenance --> Licences.
Does it show 40 or 80 licences?
Also, what software version are you using?

Re: Controller MSM760 not synchronizing all detected AP
Hi,
Did you make any changes just before your problem started?
What is the uptime of your controller? I have to reboot mine every few months when they become unstable.
Are the APs that fail to sync in the same vlan?
I found these items in the 5.7.4 software release notes under fixes which may be related to your problem:
1. APs may fail to be synchronized to the controller and display error messages in the system log
similar to following: crit maestro_sc assert: doublelinklist.c
RemoveDoubleLinkedListNode 311. As a workaround, restart the controller and try AP
synchronization again.
2. After an upgrade, APs may become unsynchronized and not resynchronize when APC (Automatic
Power Control) for APs is enabled.

Re: Controller MSM760 not synchronizing all detected AP
The factory-installed 40 AP license does not show in Maintenance / Licenses tab. However depending on your FW version you should see "Supported Authenticated APs" with note "Permanent" and number 40.
