Hp msm720 auto pop up requesting users login
Hi to all people of forum...and first of all sorry for my English!!
I have a big issue that I'm not be able to solve.
I'm using 3 hp msm720 in 3different location.
All 3 gateway are corrected, configured, they work as dhcp for device that are connecting, they are also dns and gw for they.
If I disconnect the Internet connection, when one device is connecting to the network controlled by msm, they receive the hp pop-up page that asking username and password ( i suppose it's the username and password for local users), but if I connect the msm to Internet, using radius system to grant the access of the clients, no pop-up Windows appear in mobiles devices ( auto pop up) . Users must open browser, then write something in Web browser, and after it, appear the welcome radius based page. Someone can tell me how must i do to receive the pop-up radius welcome page without do nothing, as an automated way to show to the guest that they are not connected and they need to feel the fields with usernames and passwords? Thanks a lot..
