MSM 466-R Outdoor Question

Currently we are running an MSM760 controller with MSM430 radios and the system is working quite well.  There are a few outdoor locations where we would like to provide wi-fi.  Roughly a thousand feet line of sight.  Would the MSM 466-R work as a plug and play mesh with our current system?  How would I set it up so our MSM760 controller would "see it" like our other radios?
