MSM730 accounting problem
Hi
I have a MSM730 controller and some APs that work in cotroller mode. I use the eap ttls authentication with a radiator server for authenticate users and I have enable the accounting in my VSC. The problem is that I receive a start accounting message when a user authenticate himself but I don't receive a stop when he goes offline. I receive a stop only immediately before a start when he re-authenticate himself.
I suppose that the problem concern the type of authentication because the controller maybe don't know the identity of the users. If I use an html authentication the accounting works.
I don't know if it is important but I'm using the controller in dhcp relay mode.
What can I do? There is a configuration option for solve my problem?
Regards
