MSM760 configuring welcome page on the external server

Dear all,

please help us to understand and configure following:

1. Our Controller MSM760 working with APs MSM430 in L3;
2. We configuring and monitoring different local networks for different customers;
3. In case of we need to provide on some VSC welcome page is it possible do not bring and put all the traffic into the controller? The problem is if we are doing this the max. DL/UL speed for end user is less than 5 Mbps and w/o welcome page on controller more than 15 Mbps.

How to do for reroute traffic outside of MSM760?
