MSM765 not communicating in PCM

MSM765 not communicating in PCM

MY MSM765 is picked up in PCM+ but it says "status: failed  - Reason: Mobility Manager failed to commincate with the device"

The WAPs are all showing as Unknown Devices

this seems to be happening since I upgraded the firmware in the MSM765 to 5.7.1.0-12379

however I made so many changes recently I can't work out when it stopped registering properly.

PCM+ is version 04.00.03.541

According to PCM this is there are no updates are available.
