MSM765zl, acces point msm422 802.1x sometimes cannot authenticate (random)
Hi all, we have an MSM765zl controller with access point msm422 and msm430.
Since last firmware upgrade to version 5.5.4.0-01-10665, we cannot authenticate users or machines with 802.1x sometimes.
It seems it occurs only with msm422, new access points msm430 works well.
When a user try to start a session on a laptop, one of tree times more or less, the laptop hangs at "Waiting", finally, Windows open session without connection, and the user must switch off and switch on the wireless button wifi network don't work. Then it works.
Machine account and user account authentication failed both.
Sometimes works, sometimes not.
Laptops have a fixed IP (not DHCP), when connection does not work, i can see in the controller the laptop connected with an IP of 0.0.0.0 ??? Not real IP.
Any suggestion ??
Thank you !!!!
