MSM765ZL carepack registration / add to hp portal

we have purchased two HP carepacks for our teamed MSM765 controllers and have gone through the hp automated email to activate our carepack and have printed out our certificates. However we now need to add these carepacks to our HP portal so we can download firmware updates etc but to add these we need a confirmation number or registration ID. we do not have these numbers and have tried every detail from the email / certificate. I have also phoned all of HP who were about as much use as a chocolate firegaurd.

anyone know the magical phone number i need to get this fixed?. i presume i should be trying to add a licenced product for this.
