ProCurve m110 not throttling bandwidth
Please see attached screenshots. The download speeds are being throttled correctly, but the upload speeds are not. The speedtest is from an iPhone connected to the wireless access point. I tested with a laptop connected to the access point and received the same result.
How can I properly throttle both upload and download speeds? iCloud backups/restores from all of our iPhones are killing my network.
thanks.
