Remote administration issue

Hello,



I am facing a weird problem with a 3CRWE554G72T router:

Upon connecting remotely to it, the password seems to be accepted and it starts to load the administration Web page, but then it stops communicating. Only the dark blue column at the left side of the page is displayed and in the middle of the page the browser display the usual message saying the page cannot be loaded. The firmware is at the latest revision and restarts and power offs do not help. Have anybody seem that ?
