Slow roaming performance

Hello everyone,

We have confgured 2 msm 720 premium controllers with 13 HP 425 accespoints. The VSC is configured with wpa opportunistic key caching. But we are still experiencing slow roaming performance.

We also have disable "band steering" and the N protocol.. 

Any ideas? how we can solve this..

How much of a delayed response are you seeing when roaming between APs? If you have a constant ping going and are walking through the building and connecting from one AP to another, how many pings are being lost?

I've seen even without OKC enable, the roaming is pretty darn quick in my testing.

We are getting 3-4 timeouts between roaming.. we also had OKC disable but noo differents.

Which firmware version you are using?
