Support for RADIUS CoA

I'm looking for a way to log out clients from my RADIUS server. Is there support for CoA (change of authorization) packets sent from the server, or am I stuck with using SOAP? Documentation doesn't mention anything about it, but there isn't a lot of technical RADIUS info there beyond VSA details.
