HP won't sell it even after me begging for hours.  My solution was the do a 3d scanning and print it on a 3D printer.  Unfortunately the filament is a bit too rigid for the application.  I gave it to a plastic manufacturer to make 4 for me.  If you guys want to order some for you as well please let me know and I will forward you the plastic manufacturer in Mexico and they can deal with you. As soon as mine is ready I can post a pic of it here
