Wireless issue: No PMKID in association request

Hi,
we have wireless lan controller MSM720 and one android phone cannot login to ssid with RADIUS authentication.

Here is log from controller:

AP22-HP560 802.1x No PMKID in association request No PMKID found in association request sent by client (mac='xx:xx:xx:BF:2E:21') on interface (value='r1v1') Sep 1 12:23:15

Any ideas?

Howdy,

That sounds a lot like the behaviour described in this article

Doesn't look like anything to worry about.

Many thanks

Re: Wireless issue: No PMKID in association request

The log does contain one message which definitely is relevant:

"No response was received from RADIUS server"

Why doesn't the RADIUS respond? Who's configured as the client in RADIUS - the AP or the controller?
