Wireless MSM 460 mac-authentication some time does not work

Wireless MSM 460 mac-authentication some time does not work

We are using mac based authentication on MSM 460 APs. Some time our client can not  get IP adress from DHCP (actulally DHCP request packet can not reach to DHCP server ).  In GUI panel, Wireless overview section I can see the client assosiation, but with IP address 0.0.0.0. however  I can not see any radius request packets on Radius server side.

 

system logs on MSM 460 shows something like this for client , which can not get network access.
