4/16 SAN Switch Firmware issue

I have a switch that has an issue with the secondary partition being in an inconsistent state. Every time it is rebooted it attempts to do a "firmwarecommit" to synch the FabOS on dev/hda1 to be the same as dev/hda2, and it fails. "Firmwareshow" returns "UnKnown" for the secondary partition. I cannot download new firmware because it still shows the "firmwaredownload" status as still running. The switch seems to work using the primary partition at v5.3.0c, but I would like to get this resolved.
