Adding Expansion to an MSA 201i Dual Controller

Know this must have come up before...Can someone please give me direction or point me at the proper way to add my AJ750A Dual I/O 3.5-Inch  12 Drive enclosure to my MSA2012i Dual Controller Modular Smart Array?

I do have the 2 SAS 1m Cables and I see where to plug them in.

But, What is the Procedure?

My MSA2012i Controller is in production, do I need to power this down to add the expansion unit, and if so what is the correct startup sequence for adding the expansion enclosure?
