Hello Folks,
I am trying to add 2 HDDs to my MSA 1050.
what I did is,
- Created Disk Group, and added them there.
- Created Virtual Volume.
it shows in the pool that It is there, but it unallucated xGB..
did I miss any step?

I think the missing step is to map it to "All Initiators" , but I am getting this msg,

If you choose this, all of your attached Initiators (Hosts, Server) will see this Volume.
This is OK if you have only a VMware Server, MS Cluster, or a Single Server.
If you have a mixed Environment, for example, a Windows Server seeing a vmWare Datastore can/will destroy the Data.

I went with this the option above, and I had to add the disk from the host (VMware)
