AiO3600 - system partitions deleted - recovery not possible?

Hello,

I have accidently deleted the two system partitions with 30GB and 5GB which seem to be necessary for using the recovery DVD shipped with the AiO3600.
Is there any possiblity to recreate these partitions and to perform a recovery?
Using the RAID controller's BIOS I don't have the option to create partitions with these specific sizes.

Any help is appreciated!
