Business Copy (EVM) job data reload

I have a need to automatically create jobs using a script on a BC 2.2.3 server running on W2K3 EE. I found the job definition files at C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\Business Copy\bin\Jobs. These can be created by script succesfully.

The problem is BC Server wont see them until I restart the BC services. Is there a way to let BC server reload it's job data without restarting its services?
