can't download the firmware for MSA 2040

pls tell me, why i can't download the firmware GL220P010 udpate for MSA 2040 SAN with active warranty linked to my account? 

I got the message: "

 

 Support validation required. An active warranty or support agreement covering MSA must be linked to your HPE Support Center profile to access this firmware."

Hi

If you see the message ""

Support validation required. An active warranty or support agreement covering MSA must be linked to your HPE Support Center profile to access this firmware."

It meens that the MSA is not registered on your HPE Passport

follow the instructions to do so ( some time it is not easy)
