Cannot logon to HP P2000 storage array

Hi,

We have this HP p2000 MSA iSCCI storage array. Recently we are not able to logon to both sp. We tried using Web, putty, and mini-usb but no help. Authentication seems to work because if we try a wrong password it reject. But when use correct password we can not get through pass the console prompt. It keeps at the prompt. Please help us.
