Cannot see new 4048 from Windows Application server.
I have a Windows 2003 Server talking to a Storageworks SAN switch then to a new 4048 tape library. I also have a Storage works MSA 1000 with disk storage. From the Win box I can see the drives on the MSA1000 but I cannot see the Tape library or the drives in the 4048.
I can see the tapes from the San switch but not from the windows box .
Any Ideas where to start?

Do you have any type of zoning on the SAN switch.
