EVA 4000 and MS SQL
What is the best configuration for the LUNs on the EVA 4000 for placing MS SQL 2000 database files, log files and temp files according best perfirmance?

Hp have some best practices documents that you can find here:

Also try a search for "eva best practices" for other info.
I believe that HP recommend that you put your database in one disk group & your log files in another disk group but if you have a look throught the documents above then that should give you some good information for your situation.
