Please see the event viewer error Attachement.How to fix the problem ?

You need to describe your storage & host environment incl'g storage sys and OS version, Host OS,HBAs and drivers and fw; direct connect or switched fabric, etc etc. and the circumstances in which this error occurs. Can you reproduce the error?
