Failed to connect to MSA 2012i management controller

We’ve installed a Vdisk and start scrubbing. After one week, it’s still not finished.
Our problem now is that we are no longer able to connect to our management controllers, neither through http nor through the CLI?? Pinging the management controller is still OK.
How do we recover from this issue?

From what I have seen, the scrubbing starts again when one vdisk has finished.

Have you tried to connect through the serial port if you said CLI?

Dear,
We used different notebooks to connect to the serial CLI and it worked only with the third notebook we took. We were able to restart the controllers and everything is OK now.
