Failovermode with one Switch and two HSG80
Hi,
I have a RA8000/ESA12000 with two HSG80 controllers, but only one switch.
As far as I know, I only can use this configuration as transparent failover. Is it possible to use the second controller as a kind of load balancing as long there is no failover in one of the controller ?
regards
Volker

Volker,
as I wrote here:

there is no problem using two HSG80 controller modules in multibus failover-mode on one switch.
You can do 'load balancing' on the unit level by equally distributing you units over both controllers. True 'load balancing' only works between both host ports of a single controller.
