HP MSA 1000 configuration on RHEL 4

Hi,

i installed 1 hp msa 1000 storage and connected to 4 hp servers,and installed the ACU on redhat linux.

Each servers contain 2 fibere controller cards each and connected to the hp san switch.
3 of the servers are taking the controller cards as /dev/sda and other 2 are as /dev/sdb.

am able to create the Logical volumes usng LVM on /dev/sda but when initializing /dev/sdb the configuration old /dev/sdb is corroupting .

please give me the step by step procedure for creating the LVM.
