HPE MSA 1050 complete drives list options

Hi,

I'm going to buy a new MSA 1050 for another customer. MSA 1050 Option parts include only SAS drives larger than 600GB and SSDs larger than 800GB. Is it possible to have the complete drives list compatible with MSA1050, including 400GB SSD?

Thanks for the reply. So on MSA 1050 it is no longer possible to use 300GB SAS 10K or 400GB SSD?
At a different customer I have an 2018 MSA1050 that mounts those disks.

maybee it is possible if you have older disks but for new systems it is not sold

you can check the disk model and see if it is listed in the MSA disk drives

Sorry giladzzz, but I'm not clear: are all the drives listed in the MSA Drivers chapter of the link https://h41111.www4.hpe.com/storage/msafirmware.html are compatible with MSA1050?

It seems that among the spare parts there is a 240 GB SSD! That could be for me!

I would suggest to check Product Quickspec as 1st place to get all supported drives listed,

Please note 400GB SSD drives are End Of Life and that was announced already so you may not see this drive model listed,
