HPE MSA 2040 Quarantine issue (QTOF)

I would like to delete the pool and all the disk groups. Please help me .... All my disks are in tip-top condition. Just want to rebuild the NAS and use it.

I do understand that the unit might be out of warranty.

For me, deletion of a spoilt Disk Group should be simple not something to hide the commands.
