Re: HPE MSA 2062 Factory Reset
Hi @Salarmakhdom,
Can you try this:
Firstly restart the Management Controllers and secondly reboot Both Storage Controllers.
If you still unable to do it, try power cyling the MSA 2026(Power off storage>> Disconnect the power cable 5 mins >> Power it back and check redundency mode.
Hope this helps. Let me know

Re: HPE MSA 2062 Factory Reset
@venkat_y @Mr_Techie I did it, but the issue was not resolved.
Restarting the controller via Telnet does not work, but it does work when using a console cable.
However, a factory reset is still not possible.

Re: HPE MSA 2062 Factory Reset
Hi,
There seems to be intercontroller communication issues.
Shut down both the controllers using the below command:
shutdown both
Allow 5-7 minutes for controllers to shut down and OK to remove LED to light up on controllers. Refer to page 79 of guide: https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00128579en_us&docLocale=en_US
Remove power to both power supply units of controller enclosure 1.
Reconnect the power after 2-3 minutes.
Verify the status after 7-10 minutes.

Re: HPE MSA 2062 Factory Reset
The device is 2062, not 2040????????
If necessary, I can send a picture of the controller.
In any case,
I followed the steps mentioned, but the issue still persists.
