Are there any limitations on the type of IP addressing on an MSA 2062 ...? for example 7.203.63.150/25 ...

Hi,

There are no limitations to the MSA host port IP address except for the one listed below:

The  following IP addresses are reserved for internal use by the storage system: 169.254.255.1, 169.254.255.2, 169.254.255.3, and 169.254.255.4.

If you are facing issues while setting management network port IP, try to restart the management controller through USB CLI port. I would suggest to log a support case if you are facing issues while setting up static IP for management controller port in MSA 2060.

Hi everybody,

I already fixed my problem, it was just restarting the controllers... (restart mc a, restart mc b, restart sc a, restart sc b)...
