Rest API support was added only from MSA generation 6 (MSA 2060/1060)
Please check the pages 15 -20 of the MSA 2050 command line guide, if you are referring to XML API:

How is it possible to deactive a session created after successfull login..?
I could not find a logout section in the document, other than the session will be deactivated after 30 minutes of inactivity
How to perform signout operation using API..?
