HPMSA 2050
Hi Team,
We have two plls A and B, yesterday we have given 6 TB space in pool A but now Pool A is showing in degrade state unable to deleted any volume from pool A, pool B was working fine yesterday but now storage GUI is unable to connect and in putty we can logged but unable to run any command please help

Try to login both Controllers A & B seperately and check below outputs,
#show system
#show shutdown-status
#show controllers
#show versions
#show volume-groups
You can try both management controllers as well and then capture above outputs as well,
#restart mc both
