Re: I can not access HP P2000 G3 MSA via WEB
What are the IP address you have set ?
Are you able to ping those IP address?
Are you able to login through Command Line Interface?
Have you tried accessing 10.0.0.2 and 10.0.0.3?
Hope this helps!

Re: I can not access HP P2000 G3 MSA via WEB
Firstly, I am very grateful for your help.
What are the IP address you have set ?
R: I set two IPs according to range of my / 24 network, they are: 172.18.162.250 and 172.18.162.251
Are you able to ping those IP address?
R: Ping successful in both IPs
Are you able to login through Command Line Interface?
R: Yes, only via the CLI port. I tried SSH and telnet using putty, but I did not succeed
Have you tried accessing 10.0.0.2 and 10.0.0.3?
R: No, because the IP addresses were zeros and it was with a wild mask of 0.0.0.255, so I set the IP and set the network mask to 255.255.255.0
Note I found the HP storage in this state described above, also lit the fault led in controller A and power supply, however the HDDs are normal

This is obviously version TS230P008.
This is pretty old.
Consider to update!

Re: I can not access HP P2000 G3 MSA via WEB
Hello,
As mentioned TS230 firmware is very old and no longer supported. You will still have to resolve the access issue in order to upgrade the firmware.
The following steps should be taken only if there is no data on the array that is critical or not backed up. Please protect your data! If there is data at risk on this system, you need to stop all troubleshooting and log a support case with HPE.
Which controller are you attempting to access via a web browser? You have mentioned that controller A has a fault LED. If you are attempting to access that controller, either through a web browser or CLI, the commands issued may not actually be completing successfully. I suggest you attempt to reseat controller A and see if the controller will reboot successfully.
If controller A does not reboot and still has a amber fault LED, try pulling the A controller out part way so it is disconnected from the backplane. Then attempt to use the CLI connected to controller B to verify the IP settings. Also, verify that either HTTP or HTTPs is enabled. After you have verified the controller B settings, try logging in through the web browser or telnet. Please be aware that newer versions of Chrome, IE, and Mozilla are not fully compatable with TS230 frimware. You should test using a telnet connection if the web browser still fails.
If you can log into the controller, then consider updating the firmware. TS230 requires you to upgrade in steps. You will have to upgrade using the following path: TS230 -> TS240P004 -> TS250P003 -> TS252P005.
Cheers,
Shawn
