Inconveniency
I have an application server and an exchange server mapped to a SAN MSA1000.Most times I restart the SAN and servers,it does not come up automatically. The error message is "03 CRITICAL LOCK-UP DETECTED.CODE=F112H"
The servers eventually comes up after some trials and errors which no particular pattern. How do I solve the problem permanently?thanks you.

Re: Inconveniency
The error is described in the 'Modular Smart Array 1000 (MSA1000) Controller - User Guide'
03 LOCK-UP DETECTED. CODE=h
A critical error has been detected by the array controller firmware. In order to prevent any possible data loss, the firmware has entered a lock-up state. The code contains engineering specific information about the lock-up condition. HP support should be contacted.
Remove the failing array controller, wait 10 seconds, and then reinsert it insuring that it is fully seated in the chassis. Should the issue persist please contact HP support.
