ms1500 diagnostic tool ?

Hello,
I'll need to know if there are any graphic diagnostic tool for msa1500.
This because my customer has many disk failure on his box, and ACU are not so rich for the diagnostic purpose.

I think you want to take a look at ADU (Array Diagnostic Utility). I haven't seen it with an MSA1500 yet, but for the MSA1000 (which isn't too different), it provides a lot of deep insights into the system.

No, it is from HP. I think it (used to be) on the SmartStart CD.

Make sure that your at the latest fw on the MSA1500 as well. Also are you running with SATA or SCSI drives? There is a critical issue addressed with drive and shelf failures on the SATA shelf (MSA20) Make sure you are at 4.94-2 and 1.28 for MSA20

The problem is solved updating the MSA20 firmware.
