MSA 1014 : no web access
Hello,
i have a MSA 1040 in prod. everything seems ok. I have 2 DL380 connected and VMWARE running ok.
But the web access is down. i can ping one of the contoller. and i can open a ssh connexion. I would like to know, if i can reload a service to reenable my web access. I can't afford to restart every thing as we are in production 24/24 until June.

Re: MSA 1014 : no web access
Hi
if you can connect with SSH you can try to restart the MC (management controller ) this is none distruptive
another option is to physiclly take one controller out and wait for it to startup.
if this works then you can restart the other controller too
Regards
Give a KUDO if this helps

@spbest971
Also you can disable and re-enable the protocols:
CLI> set protocol https <enabled/disabled>
CLI> show protocols
