Hi,

I believe the only option would be to perform a power cycle of controller enclosure if both controllers are not responding to commands.

1. Did the issue start after an unexpected power loss to the array? Controller needs to be shut down before we remove power to array in normal scenarios.
2. Is the MSA volumes accessible by host servers to which volumes are mapped?

Its possible that the 2 disks with amber LED might have moved to left over state after abrupt power loss.
