Hello,
I am facing an issue with my MSA 2040.
The Pool is in FAULT state with this error :
The virtual pool is missing disks. Ensure all disks are plugged in and all enclosures are connected and powered on.
One of virtual disks associated with this pool is degraded with this error :
The disks group is not fault tolerant. Reconstruction has started.
There is a disk (1.3) that is in degraded state.
So the RCON job is started but stuck at 0% for hours...
This pool is a virtual pool so i cannot add spare. But there is a global spare available...
What can i do ?
Thank you

Re: MSA 2040 - Virtual Pool is missing disks
Hi,
Please share the output of the below commands:
show pools
show disk-groups
show disks
show unwritable-cache
show events last 100
Did the array have any SSD drives installed which is not appearing in web management interface of MSA?
Please note that Pool reporting fault issues usually requires log analysis and HPE support case for in depth analysis and troubleshooting.
