MSA 2050/2052 - default user not working

Dear communtiy,

we received several MSA Storage units where the default user manage (pw: !manage) is not working.

Is there any way HPE would configure something else than the default user described in the user guide?

Hi,

MSA 2050 systems that are restored to defaults will no longer include default user names and passwords for logging in to the system. When upgrading to  VL270P003-01 version, either existing local user or default user accounts will remain intact and can be used as before.
