MSA 2060 FC Storage Management Utility Can not Create new partition.

After setting up the disk array, connecting the disk array with Windows 2022 and selecting "To create a volume, start the New Volume Wizard." failed, showing "Create new partition Faild---Failed to create partition - The disk has not been initialized". Inside Computer Management, clicking Disk Initialization did not respond.

Do the LUNs from the MSA show up in Device Manager?
Is the MPIO for the MSA LUNs enabled?
Do the disks show up in Disk-Management?
Are the disks ONLINE in Disk-Management? -- I think the Windows Default is to have all new disks OFFLINE
This sounds more like a windows management issue than an MSA issue
The only thing on the MSA I could think that would cause this is if the LUN was mapped READ-ONLY which is unlikely
